We Are Inclusive
We are LGBTQIA+ affirmative, inclusive of caste, class, disability and income handicaps. Discounts only apply to personal therapy sessions. We would like to encourage you to use this discount if you need it. We only request that if you do book, please honour the time slot given and show up for it. No Shows are not refunded across the board and No Shows on reduced fees will not be permitted to take advantage of the discount again, you'll be shifted to the full fee even if you're on a subscription. This is because we send reminders a day in advance and you have ample opportunity to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. When you don't show up, especially on a reduced fee, since we are only able to offer one reduced fee session a day, someone who needed it didn't get that appointment. So we’re pretty strict about this rule. If you have an emergency you can write to us and we will review our policy for exceptional cases.We Are Inclusive
