From Mindfulness to Two Truths, Dwelling in the Heart of Sadness and Emptiness, or just simply understanding What is Mind? we use many words that derive from the Buddhist canon, but are used loosely. This course will introduce you to key concepts in basic levels of ten pillars each.

Undertake a systematic study of the key terminology, understand specific correlations, as pertaining to the teachings of the Buddha.
